Refund Policy

Brickwell stands by our products 100%, which is why we offer you a 1 year warranty on all orders at absolutely no cost. On top of that, if you wish to return your products or receive a refund, you can do so for up to 60 days after purchase.

One Year Warranty

For the first year (365 days) after your order has arrived, you're protected by our 1 year warranty. If your product breaks, malfunctions or has any other issues, we'll issue up to one replacement - entirely free.

After your first, free replacement, we will happily issue further replacements within the first year, however they will not be free. Instead, a $100 fee will be charged to partially cover some of our costs.

Returns

If you’d like to start a return, please:

1. Contact us via email within 60 days of your product arriving to begin the return process. Products that have been delivered over 60 days ago are no longer eligible for return.

2. We will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). If you are eligible for a return, you will receive your RMA, along with our return address.

3. Please make sure to write your order number on the box, along with the RMA number we’ve provided. Once you've shipped our hearing aids back, please send us a picture of the tracking number & receipt and a full refund will be issued within 48 hours! 

NOTE: No refunds will be issued on products returned without an RMA number.

Non-Refundable Items

All of our products are included in our 60 day 100% Money-Back Guarantee!

However, our lifetime insurance is non-refundable.
